Mental Health Coach MSc BSc TOPRA

Recovery is hard. Yet regret is harder. 1:1 and group coaching interventions can help remove many of the barriers to recovery.

I have almost 20 years of experience in mentoring adolescents and coaching vulnerable young adults, mostly those with anorexia, bulimia and ASD. As an advocate of mental wellness, I’ve worked extensively within the education sector and organisations, including the Amy Winehouse Foundation, OCD Action, Theatre Technics and Anorexic Bulimic Care.

I started my career as a Pharmacologist and Senior Consultant for the regulation of UK based Clinical Trials; ten of those years were based solely on patient ethics and the therapeutic areas of neuropharmacology and paediatric trials. I have seen transformations occur in laboratory test tubes and even greater ones in recovery.

Having successfully overcome years of a debilitating eating disorder and OCD, my lived experience serves as a testimony to recovery and the self-management of these conditions. Serving as a personal mentor and guide, I help inspire and motivate clients to accept and embrace their recovery program.
