Laura Batt

Operations & Creative Mentor  BA (Hons)

As Administrator in the TRC Team, I help with the smooth running of client’s programmes, working closely with Clinical Manager, Georgia Mancroft and Clinical Coordinator, Rebecca Nutt to ensure all sessions are organised, beneficial and worthwhile.

With a degree in Fine Art & History of Art and experience of tutoring art for all ages, I believe creativity should be encouraged and plays an important role during one’s personal development and throughout any academic curriculum. I particularly enjoy mentoring clients to discover and pursue their interests through creative projects, allowing them to express themselves and learn more about their creative interests.

By creating different pieces of artwork, not only does one gain a sense of achievement, but it also allows one to ‘switch off’, focus purely on the art, boosting their creativity, whilst reducing the anxieties and worries they may have.
