I oversee the governance, compliance and operational infrastructure that keeps TRC running safely and to the highest standards. As Registered Manager, I hold responsibility for CQC regulatory compliance.

Day to day, I work across clinical governance, HR, business continuity and operational coordination ensuring that the frameworks, policies and processes supporting TRC’s clinical teams are robust, up to date and fit for purpose. I have a particular focus on quality assurance and audit, and play a central role in maintaining TRC’s standards.
