NUTRITIONAL THERAPY
In Nutritional Therapy sessions, we provide a non-judgemental space to help explore your relationship with food and empower you with nutritional knowledge. Our goal is to equip you with the tools and appropriate support necessary to enable you to experience ‘food freedom’. Food freedom is where you can eat a wide variety of foods, have flexibility around food choices and timings and are free from any unhealthy or rigid rules concerning exercise and/or food.
As Nutritional Therapists specialising in Mental Health, in particular eating disorders and disordered eating, we guide you through the process of reducing any underlying fears and anxieties around food. We offer a wide range of useful techniques, weekly challenges, bespoke meal planning support and supplemental advice to help you stay accountable and on track with your goals.
With our expertise and guidance, we can help you work towards a healthier relationship with food and a greater sense of empowerment and freedom.
