Our service is unique and holistic in approach. Our concept of Customised Care enables us to create individual teams of consultants, specific to each of our clients’ needs and goals.

We assess each individual, their existing family and environmental circumstances, and then using our experience and expertise we provide advice on the most effective approaches to tackle and overcome the presenting issues. These might include psychiatric, psychological and neurological assessments, psychotherapy, CBT, EMDR, DBT, nutrition, art therapy, music therapy, hypnotherapy, acupuncture, massage, yoga, mindfulness, meditation and relaxation.

We are keen that you should understand how we work and the stages involved in providing the advice and treatment planning that you seek:

Initial Meeting
Our initial meeting is for primary assessment purposes to understand your objectives and priorities, and to establish whether we are the most appropriate and effective solution for you.

Integrated Assessment
We will gather detailed information about your background and personal history. The Integrated Assessment is usually spread over a number of days where possible.

Treatment Plan
We will create a customised Treatment Plan to meet your needs based on the assessment. Your bespoke treatment plan will be reviewed on a weekly basis and your schedule will be emailed to you in advance.

Financial Information
Our fees are dependent on the care and treatment we recommend and will be discussed at the Initial Meeting.

For your information, our terms and conditions are as follows:

Self-Funding Patients
We require payment in full upon presentation of our invoice. We invoice weekly or monthly depending on your treatment plan and you can make payment by cheque, credit/debit card or bank transfer.

Insured Patients
We suggest that potential patients contact their insurer to check that adequate cover is available before admission. We require payment in full upon presentation of our invoice. We invoice weekly or monthly depending on your treatment plan and you can make payment by cheque, credit/debit card or bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy
Cancelling your day care or booking with less than 48 hours notice usually results in TRC being charged by consultants for your sessions. We hope you understand that this will mean that we pass the cancellation costs on to you.
