I am a Clinical Nutritionist (BSc N.Med, MSc Public Health Nutrition) and founder of Brain Food Nutrition Clinic. I specialise in the connection between nutrition, mental health, and recovery. In my work, I combine nutritional science with a compassionate, personalised approach to support neurodivergent individuals and those recovering from disordered eating in restoring their health and achieving lasting recovery.
