TRC is developing a residential trauma and emotional wellness centre within a private historic estate in Puglia, Southern Italy, where a carefully considered environment forms part of the therapeutic experience.
TRC Puglia is designed to support individuals who require a more contained, immersive environment than outpatient care alone can provide, combining psychological depth with a carefully curated environment intended to promote safety, calm, and restoration.
For Clinicians & Professional Referrers
TRC Puglia is being developed for adults whose clinical needs suggest that meaningful progress requires not only skilled psychological input, but also time, space, and a high-quality residential environment that supports the whole person.

Our Residential Programmes at TRC Puglia
7-day Residential Immersion
A short, contained programme designed primarily for assessment, orientation, and initial stabilisation.
This pathway supports a collaborative formulation between the individual, the referring clinician, and the residential team, either as a foundation for a longer residential programme or as a structured introduction that complements ongoing outpatient trauma work.
30-day residential programme (core programme)
This is TRC Puglia’s primary therapeutic offering, designed to support meaningful psychological depth, continuity of care, and sustained integration.
This programme provides the time and structure required for individuals to explore trauma patterns, strengthen emotional regulation and relational resources, and work collaboratively with both the residential team and the referring clinician to embed changes into daily life.
90-day extended stay
An extended, integrative programme for individuals whose trauma history or life context suggests that longer-term containment and relational continuity are clinically appropriate.
The focus is on consolidation, deeper integration, and careful preparation for a supported transition back into outpatient or community-based care, in close coordination with the referring professional.
All programmes are delivered by experienced practitioners within a professionally governed residential setting, with clear clinical oversight and continuity of care.
