FAQS
The number of sessions required varies based on each client’s needs and presentation.
While it is individualised, we typically recommend starting with 6 weekly therapy sessions. This initial period allows our clients to actively participate in the therapeutic process and develop a trusting relationship with their therapist. Further recommendations can be discussed during the Initial Consultation.
If a client needs to cancel a confirmed booking, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid being charged for the session.
At TRC, confidentiality is a top priority. Depending on the client’s age, assessment, and treatment programme, we involve the family to provide the best support for the client’s therapeutic process. Parents and guardians also have the option to schedule ‘Parent Support Sessions’ for additional guidance in helping their child.
Clients can pay their invoice securely online, by card, with each invoice that we send. We do not accept payment by cash or cheque.
We accept BUPA Global, Cigna and WPA. To determine if TRC is registered with another insurance provider, we recommend contacting them directly. Please be aware that we are unable to handle insurance claims on a client’s behalf. Clients remain liable for the full cost of treatment, even if they have medical insurance coverage.
Please note we do not accept any insurance companies at our Riyadh clinic
TRC operates as a day care clinic, providing support between the hours of 10am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. When necessary, we collaborate with clients to establish a support structure outside of these hours. In case of an emergency, please contact a GP or the appropriate emergency services.
