Sara Armstrong

My name is Sara; I have over 20 years’ experience as a mental health nurse and am an Independent non-medical prescriber. I specialise in the assessment and treatment of children and young people with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and eating disorders (including ARFID).

As a parent I understand the challenges families face, my approach is to work with families to improve the quality of life for the whole family, I have seen first hand how life enhancing diagnosis and treatment of ADHD is and want to support others to have access to some of the information and expertise that I have in order to improve quality of life. I can offer both face to face and online for clients based in  both London and West Midlands.
