Alexandra Murphy

In my role as Clinical Manager, I support the delivery of individualised day care programmes and help to ensure that clients receive a consistent and well-coordinated experience throughout their time at TRC.

 

A key part of my role involves welcoming young people and families to TRC and helping them to settle into the programme. I aim to provide a supportive environment and value taking the time to get to know each young person, whether through client lunches or regular day-to-day interactions. I ensure the smooth running of clinicians’ schedules daily, liaise with external professionals, and support with psychiatric administration. I enjoy my role at TRC and being part of such an uplifting team.

 

I hold a BSc in Psychology from the University of Leeds and an MSc in Health Psychology from UCL. I have also completed Executive Functions Coaching training, which developed my understanding of executive functioning and neurodiversity. Through this training, I gained coaching skills to support individuals in understanding their strengths, overcoming challenges and developing practical strategies tailored to their own goals.
