Sabrina Nicoli S

I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with a first class degree in Human Nutrition and an MSc in Eating Disorders and Clinical Nutrition from UCL. I specialise in supporting people with eating disorders and disordered eating, with a focus on helping clients move away from diet culture and towards a more peaceful and intuitive relationship with food.

I believe that the way we feel about food is just as important as what is on our plate. Food goes far beyond nutrition; it is part of our connections, culture and experiences. My approach is compassionate, collaborative and evidence based, creating a non-judgmental space where clients feel supported to rebuild trust in themselves and their choices.

Before becoming a nutritionist, I spent over 13 years playing competitive tennis, which gave me an early appreciation of how food, movement and wellbeing are interconnected. Alongside my clinical work, I also use social media as an educational platform to raise awareness about eating disorders, body image and nutrition misinformation, with the goal of making accurate, science based information more accessible to a wider audience.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, reading and spending time with my dog Kiana. Above all, I feel privileged to walk alongside my clients in their recovery and proud to be part of the caring and skilled team of professionals at TRC.
