Having begun my journey at TRC in our Edinburgh offices in June 2022, I feel privileged to have had the opportunity to be nurtured by such a supportive and dynamic team across, and now beyond, my studies in the UK.

I was born and raised in Sri Lanka where conversations surrounding mental health were rare and embedded in cultural stigma. This made it incredibly important to me to work for a company that promotes and practices acceptance and understanding the way that TRC does.

My role at TRC is two-pronged, with the administrative side allowing me the opportunity to assist clients and clinicians alike to the best of my ability, and the HR side enabling me to be a part of maintaining our inclusive and growth-oriented company culture.

I look forward to being a part of your recovery journey and am confident that the future will bring only the best.
