I am passionate about helping people to improve their emotional well-being and to connect to themselves and others. I have an extensive experience of working therapeutically with adults, adolescents and children in NHS, charities and private settings. I offer individual, group and family therapy. I am trained in CBT, psychodynamic, systemic, person-centred and integrative modalities.
I believe there is no ‘one fits all’ approach and aim to tailor my work to suit the unique presentation of each client. Based on the client’s individual needs, we will collaboratively choose the most suitable and effective way of working.
I provide therapy for a wide range of psychological and emotional difficulties, including anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, trauma and eating disorders.
I hold a Doctorate degree in Counselling Psychology, Master’s degree in Psychology and Psychotherapy, as well as diplomas in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am a registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council, the British Psychological Society and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, my practice complies with the ethical and professional guidelines of these institutions.
